Kurt Asplund is a writer and masters level psychotherapist with a passion for exploring the frontiers of science and spirituality.  His play, A Perfect English Gentleman about the early persecutions of the Baha’is in Persia won the Drama Circle Award in 2003.   Kurt is also a singer-songwriter who has performed with his wife Leslie, also a psychotherapist, over the entire course of their marriage of 39 years.  They have two adult sons and a grandson of whom they are exceedingly proud.  

Kurt wrote the first draft of “Who Is God?” in one sitting, as he gazed out over the forest, bay, and inlets below his house on beautiful Camano Island in the Pacific Northwest.
